Drivers on the Baltimore Beltway near Interstate 795 can expect delays starting Sunday afternoon due to road construction.

The Maryland State Highway Administration says it plans to close the two right lanes of Interstate 695 starting at 4 p.m. Sunday Feb. 2 and extending through 1 p.m. Monday.

The lane closures are needed to complete emergency culvert repairs, the agency said. Motorists were advised to find alternate routes.
