Outdoor concerts at Baltimore’s free arts festival got rained out for a second night in a row, but the celebrations carried on indoors.

Artscape patrons moved inside bars along Charles Street on Saturday night or headed for performances at Subscape, billed as a “celebration of the subversive elements” of Baltimore’s underground arts and music scene.
