Charles Thompson’s 14 points helped Towson defeat visiting Robert Morris 66-62 on Sunday night.
Thompson had 10 rebounds for the Tigers (2-1). Tyler Tejada scored 13 points and added seven rebounds. Christian May had 11 points.
Justice Williams led the Colonials (1-2) with 16 points. Robert Morris also got 15 points from Stephaun Walker. TJ Wainwright also had 13 points.
Towson’s next game is Thursday against No. 7 Houston at the Charleston Classic.
