City was a late addition to the Overlea boys basketball mixer after the Knights’ original tourney plans were canceled last week. The fifth-ranked Knights took advantage, routing Perry Hall, 90-59, for its second win in as many days.

Daniel Parsons finished with a game-high 21 points for City (9-0 overall), and Khron Horton added 13. The Knights, who beat Randallstown, 84-42, Tuesday, also got 11 points from K’won Johnson and 10 from senior Cam Horton.

Jacob Jacks and Stefan Macakanja led Perry Hall (4-3 with 11 points each. Poly rallied in the fourth quarter to upend Overlea, 75-66.

Eli Kutchermon scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the fourth quarter for Poly, and Rashid McLeod added 17. Trailing 51-50, the Engineers outscored the Falcons, 25-15, over the final eight minutes of regulation.

Tjay Beckles led five double-digit scorers with 16 points for Overlea. Karon Pittman and James Robinson each finished with 14, and Korey Blair had 12 points.
