We’re almost a week removed from the conclusion of the World Series, and as the confetti is swept off the streets of Arlington, baseball fans settle in for the offseason.

Even though the Orioles are coming off a season in which they won 101 games and their first American League East title since 2014, their roster is not without fault. Whether it’s via free agency or trades, executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias will need to make additions to help Baltimore keep pace with the game’s elite teams.
