ARLINGTON, Texas — Ravens rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins is back in action.

The first-round pick, who was questionable entering Week 3 after a limited week of practice, cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and was activated for Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Wiggins missed the Ravens’ surprising Week 2 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders after getting into a car crash. He was listed with a neck injury and concussion, missed practice Wednesday, and was limited Thursday and Friday. But coach John Harbaugh said Friday that he was practicing “full speed.”

“I thought he looked great, so it’s up to the doctors and the protocol ... and we’ll see how that shakes out,” Harbaugh said.

Wide receiver-returner Deonte Harty (calf) and outside linebacker David Ojabo (quadriceps), who were questionable, are active.

Quarterback Trey Lance, wide receiver Ryan Flournoy, tight end John Stephens Jr., offensive lineman Matt Waletzko, defensive end Tyrus Wheat, linebacker Buddy Johnson and cornerback Andrew Booth are inactive for Dallas.
