Ten days after fracturing an orbital bone around his right eye in the Ravens’ season opener, outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy was activated for Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders,

Van Noy practiced just once last week and was limited in Friday’s workout. But he said afterward that he felt “really good” and was “optimistic” about playing in the Ravens’ home opener.

“When you have a bone break, it’s kind of [you need] time, right?” said Van Noy, who was hurt in the third quarter of the Ravens’ Week 1 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. “That’s just with any bone, whether it’s a finger, foot or anything like that. You can obviously have surgery, and just time is probably” most helpful.

Van Noy was critical of the care he received at the stadium in Kansas City, calling it “unprofessional” and “unacceptable;” the NFL investigated and found no issue.

Rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins (neck/concussion), who was ruled out of Sunday’s game after getting into a car crash last week, is inactive along with rookie outside linebacker Adisa Isaac (hamstring), who was limited in practice last week.

Offensive linemen Sala Aumavae-Laulu and Nick Samac, wide receiver Devontez Walker, cornerback T.J. Tampa and safety Beau Brade are healthy scratches. That leaves only two players, offensive lineman Roger Rosengarten and safety Sannousi Kane, active from the team’s 2024 draft class.

Las Vegas will be without offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson (illness), defensive end Tyree Wilson (knee), cornerback Decamerion Richardson (hamstring), running back Dylan Laube, wide receivers Tyreik McAllister and Ramel Keyton and safety Thomas Harper.
