Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson didn’t have a lot of big completions Tuesday. Those will come in due time, his coaches believe.

But Jackson didn’t have a lot of incompletions, either. Unofficially, he ended his most accurate day of training camp 22-for-28 overall in team drills, finishing 16-for-20 in 11-on-11 action and 6-for-8 in seven-on-seven. Here’s how Jackson’s day as a passer unfolded, period by period, throw by throw.

11-on-11: 2-for-2

1. Jackson found tight end Mark Andrews for a short gain in front of safety Kyle Hamilton.

2. With nothing available downfield, Jackson hit running back Justice Hill in the left flat, where cornerback Brandon Stephens corralled him quickly.

3. Jackson faked a handoff and fired a medium-range pass to Andrews, who’d found a hole between safeties Marcus Williams and Hamilton.

4. Feeling pressure up the middle from defensive lineman Travis Jones, Jackson scrambled to his left before finding a moment to look deep, where wide receiver Zay Flowers had wriggled free of coverage in the middle of the field. They connected easily for about a 30-yard gain.

11-on-11: 2-for-3

5. Another play-action drop-back ended with another short completion to Andrews.

6. Despite good coverage from inside linebacker Roquan Smith, Jackson threaded a pass over the middle to tight end Isaiah Likely for a solid gain.

7. Pressure from outside linebacker Odafe Oweh and inside linebacker Chris Board forced a difficult throw from Jackson to wide receiver Malik Cunningham, leading to Jackson’s first incompletion in team drills.

19. With Jackson and the offense again backed up, Stephens added to his strong day, breaking up a well-thrown ball to Agholor, who was running an out route.

21. Feeling a little bit of heat, Jackson sidearmed a pass to rookie running back Rasheen Ali in the right flat.

22. Jackson hit wide receiver Sean Ryan on a crosser for a short completion.

24. With the offense again backed up, and about 100 seconds on the clock, Jackson opened a hurry-up drive with a short completion to Andrews.

25. In what might’ve been his best play of camp, Jackson stared down pressure from Oweh and Jones and somehow spotted Andrews around the right hash marks. 11-on-11 (low red zone): 2-for-2, 1 TD

30. Dropping back from the 10-yard line, Jackson settled for a check-down to Henry in the right flat, where Maulet quickly wrapped him up.

31. Jackson found Likely for his only touchdown pass of the day. With Hamilton sticking to the tight end in the red zone — but having only limited visibility of the backfield — Jackson fired a pass that only Likely saw coming. Likely celebrated his score with a mock skeet shooting demonstration, while Hamilton threw his head back in exasperation.
