Injured Pro Bowl wide receiver Zay Flowers’ availability for Sunday’s divisional-round game against the Buffalo Bills remains unclear, coach John Harbaugh said Monday.

“That’s in we’ll see mode. He’s working very hard to get back, and we’ll see toward the end of the week if he’s practicing,” Harbaugh said. “He can play without practicing, for sure, if he feels healthy enough and if it’s safe for him.”

Flowers missed practice last week and the Ravens’ wild-card-round win Saturday over the Pittsburgh Steelers with a knee injury, which he suffered in their Week 18 win against the Cleveland Browns. He had 74 catches for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns during the regular season.

With Flowers sidelined Saturday, Ravens wide receivers combined for just seven catches for 82 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh. Running back Derrick Henry rushed for 186 yards and two scores, leading a ground game that finished with 299 yards.

The Ravens didn’t need big games from their wide receivers in their Week 4 blowout win over Buffalo, as Rashod Bateman and Flowers combined for two catches for 33 yards. Running back Justice Hill had six catches for a team-high 78 yards as Jackson went 13-for-18 for 156 yards and two touchdowns.

Harty’s status in doubt

Harbaugh said he was “not sure” whether wide receiver-returner Deonte Harty would be ready to return for Sunday’s game. Harty, who entered the season as the team’s top kickoff and punt returner, hasn’t played since October because of a knee injury and missed a practice last week for personal reasons.

“In his mind, he’s ready, I can tell you that,” Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh said the Ravens still have faith in punt returner Steven Sims, who had an uneven game Saturday, including a muffed punt that he recovered.

“He’s an experienced guy and he’ll do well back there, too, so we’re confident,” Harbaugh said. “Or if [wide receiver] Tylan [Wallace] was back there, we’d be confident with Tylan, too. Those guys all do a good job.”
