After long planning to “rotate” the racing oval at Baltimore’s Pimlico Race Course, state officials now expect the track to remain at the same angle when the historic venue is rebuilt.

At fan appreciation day Sunday, visitors browsed Preakness and Pimlico merchandise from years past and left with up to two items.
