  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in economics, master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Belgrade. Law degree from the University of Baltimore. Vice president and financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, 2000-2009. Partner and owner of Schifanelli & Associates, 2009-present. Adjunct instructor in law, economics and financial institutions at the U.S. Naval Academy, 2019-2021. Founded Kent Island Patriots. Has never held public office.
